I really like being able to sit out on the balcony in the morning and look at the ocean while drinking coffee.
The hot tub wasn't working and the pool was pretty cold.

Location, beach view fourth floor, saw fire works on July fourth. Maid service and cleanliness.

I really didnt care much for the hotel, The only thing this old in dire need of a remodel hotel is its location.

Ocean side room was awesome for 4th of July festivities.
Beds are super uncomfortable. Very Hard and ended up with stiff back.

I liked how close it was to the beach
I didn't like that our "ocean view" was somewhat lacking. The extra money we paid was not worth it.

Rooms need updating-including bathrooms.there is no central air- there is portable ac unit on floor in corner of the room. The drape liner in my room was all taped up- they should replace this.the remot control didn't work well for the tv.
